Refund policy

Due to the nature of nicotine products and applicable health regulations, all return and refund requests are subject to strict eligibility requirements.

Products must:

2. RETURN WINDOW

Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is required.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Tampered or unsealed products

  • Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)

  • Products returned without prior authorization

For safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell opened nicotine products.


4. RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rushnico is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
