  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local business time) on a business day are typically processed the same day.

Processing time refers to order verification, payment confirmation, age verification (if applicable), packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to delay shipment if additional age verification or fraud review is required.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Rushnico is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the package has been transferred to the carrier.


3. AGE VERIFICATION & ADULT SIGNATURE

Failure to complete age verification may result in order cancellation.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the carrier

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.


7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photo documentation.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.


8. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:

  • Reshipping fees

  • Restocking fees (if applicable)
